Board members Sven Nyman and Helena Saxon have given notice to the Nomination Committee of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB that they are not available for re-election to the Board of Directors at SEB\u2019s next Annual General Meeting, expected to be held on 1 April 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Nomination Committee\u2019s assignment to prepare a proposal for directors has commenced and will be presented together with the notice to the Annual General Meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sven Nyman has been a member of SEB\u2019s Board of Directors since 2013 and Helena Saxon since 2016.\u00a0<\/span>
